EvaKool Free Gift With Purchase (GWP) Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: The EvaKool Free Gift With Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00 AM on 1st May 2024 and concludes at 11:59 PM on 31st May 2024.
Offer Details: During the Promotion, customers who purchase selected EvaKool products that meet the spend threshold outlined will have the ability to select a free gift with their purchase. The details of the free gift are located within the "Gift Box" modal that is available to view on the left hand side of either your desktop, tablet or mobile view.
Availability: This offer is available both in-store and online, while stocks last. It applies exclusively to items marked as part of the EvaKool Free Gift With Purchase Promotion. The free gift is offered in addition to the current sale price, which may be lower than the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
Exclusions: The Promotion does not apply to items not marked as part of the Free Gift With Purchase Promotion. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Not all promotional items may be available in all stores or on the online platform.
Purchase Conditions: The offer must be redeemed at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one (1) gift is available per order. Free gift is determined by the qualifying spend threshold as outlined in the gift box. Offer is only valid for orders placed directly through the website where adding a free gift to the cart is promoted from adding a product to the cart. Not available on special orders, draft orders or for trade customers.
Any refunds or credit notes issued will reflect the actual purchase price shown on the receipt, not the RRP or the ticketed price before the promotion.
